The CUSTOMER SERVICE REP is the first point of contact clients make with BlueMoon. The impression given by a BlueMoon CSR could last a lifetime.


Reports To:

Under the direction of the COOs


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner.

  • Understand the ins and outs of all packages and products.

  • Willingness to learn and ask questions when needed.

  • Use AirTable to input client information (training provided).

  • BlueMoon staff communicate regularly using Discord and using this application is a requirement of this position.


Compensation:

  • 5% commission on elopement packages.  

  • 10% commission on any wedding package sold.

  • Compansation is paid at the conclusion of events.


Perks:

All Staff of BlueMoon in Good standing for 3 or more consecutive months is permitted to have 1 event a year at BlueMoon. Good standing is both working events regularly and subject to COO approval. Events may not be chosen on the day of a previous engagement or holiday. Although the event is free, staff must pay for any service (DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Coordinator, or Officiant). This event may only be used for a Wedding for the employee. However, a party may be used if the employee wants to throw a friend or family member one. It’s required that the employee is in attendance.
