  • WEDDINGS
    General Policies All Wedding Packages require a minimum of a L$5,000 non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time. * All additional service must be paid 100% upfront to their vendor before booking. Never pay an avatar for your wedding. Always pay a vendor or ATM in the client services building. * All Weddings must be paid off in entirety (14) days before the wedding or you will lose your date & time reservation.* All monies paid to BlueMoon has to be used to book an event within 90 days from the initial payment.* Canceled events within the 90 days will be turned into credit in our CasperVend system. * All monies paid to BlueMoon are NOT refundable.* You are allowed (1) rebooking on a reserved date. * Any event that starts before 7am SLT or after 7pm SLT will be charged a L$10,000 after hours fee. All Weddings include and require (1) 30-minute rehearsal. If you would like to choose your team for your event you can. You can do this up to 15 days before your event. At 14 days we will book your staff, and once booked we can not change this. All venues in our wedding packages can be customized but are not custom venue builds.* BlueMoon reserves the right to refuse any person that it deems harmful to another person.* * Explanation Of Policies Deposits Why do we pay a L$5,000 deposit to book? A L$5,000 deposit is collected as a good faith payment to hold your date and time so that it can't be booked by another avatar. Good faith money is a deposit of money into an account by a buyer to show that they have the intention of completing a deal. Good faith money is applied to the purchase but is not refundable if the deal does not go through. Canceling a reserved date may result in BlueMoon losing a potential booking, as another interested party could be turned away for that same date and time. The "As You Wish!" package requires you to have paid a minimum of L$10,000 toward your package by the time you have your “Experience Reservation”. The "Is This The Real Life? Is This Just Fantasy?" package requires you to have paid a minimum of L$10,000 toward your package by the time you have your 1st “Experience Reservation” and L$20,000 toward your package by the time you have your 2nd “Experience Reservation”. Vendor & ATM’s Why must we only ever pay a vendor or ATM? Payments to BlueMoon must always go through a vendor or ATM so that we can guarantee your payments are safe and accounted for. BlueMoon will not guarantee any money paid to an avatar for any reason. Please always remember not all avatars are 100% genuine and who they say they are. Final Payments Why 14 days before? And Where Do I Pay? Since BlueMoon books your staff 14 days before your event we require payment so we can guarantee them payment for their hard work no matter what happens. Most of our staff do 90% of their hard work in the 2 weeks leading up to your event. Things like writing your ceremony, making detailed plans for your event to make it easy for you to follow, buying poses, downloading music, and refusing other events they could have attended instead. BlueMoon believes in paying these genuinely wonderful people for all the hard work they put into these cherished events. Paying late will possibly cause you the loss of your event date and time. We will not attempt to book your staff for this event till your last payment is made which could prevent us from being able to complete the task on time, and potentially someone swooping in and claiming that date and time. L$ Paid & Credit Why is my L$ turned into vendor credit? BlueMoon has a strict no refund policy. This policy is well enforced due to the fact that once you book with BlueMoon we start working right away. Our staff starts all the boring paperwork on our end entering in forms for what seems like forever, rezzing out venues for you to view, opening up private discord channels or chasing you around in SL for answers. We are constantly working to make sure your big day is a real success (especially when you think we are quiet). There is no amount of money that can be made by any employee to compensate for the work that our staff does to make this all happen, but we still try. So time, energy and effort have to be compensated one way or another. However we also do not want you to lose all your hard earned money so the compromise is to award you credit. To ensure clarity and consistency in managing client credits, BlueMoon has established a fixed credit expiration policy. All credit must be used within 90 days from the date of the initial deposit, irrespective of any subsequent payments or add-on purchases. Additionally, credit must be utilized within 30 days following the scheduled event date. The credit expiration date is determined by whichever of these conditions occurs last. This policy helps streamline our financial transactions and maintains a straightforward approach to credit management. Any wedding rescheduled seven (7) days or less before the event will be charged a venue rebuild fee*. All monies paid to BlueMoon has to be used to book an event within 90 days from the initial payment.* Events canceled within the first 90 days will be turned into credit in our CasperVend system. * Rebooking Why can I only rebook once? And what if I need to do it more than once? Rebooking an event at BlueMoon always comes at a cost to our business. We know though real life sometimes has the ability to interfere in the best made plans. However, with every rebooking BlueMoon loses the ability to book the date you just changed from to another person who may have wanted it. So in order to keep the potential loss down to a minimum we allow only 1 free rebooking. This rebooking though HAS to happen at least 14 days before the event. Rebooking less than 14 days of your event date can and in most cases will come with some fees attached to it. Potential Rebooking Fee List 1st rebooking: Free as long as it’s before 14 days 2nd rebooking: L$1,500 3nd rebooking: L$3,000 4th rebooking: L$6,000 (Every subsequent rebooking doubles from the last rebooking price) Canceling or rebooking your event less than 14 days of your event date can and in most cases will come with some fees attached to it. Potential Fee List < 14 days Includes all of the above + Coordinator Fee = L$1,500 Officiant Fee = L$1,000 DJ Fee = L$1,000 per hour Photographer Fee = L$1,000 Canceling or rebooking less than 7 days of your event date will have fees attached. Potential Fee List < 7 days Venue Rebuild Fee = L$3,000 We charge this fee with every rebuild to pay for the time our builder takes setting up your venue, terraforming, and tinting it to your colors. These builds are ¼ of a sim in size and setting one up takes at a minimum of 2 hours time (some venues take days). BlueMoon believes in making sure all of those who do work are paid for their dedication and efforts. (These rebuilds may also be subject to a rebooking fee when applicable) Fee List Day Of / No Show: Canceling on the day of is 100% going to receive all of the above fees. It is too late BlueMoon has hired all the people working on your wedding and paid them for their soon to be hard work. No Show Weddings will be an instant no credit, no rebook, no anything. I understand things happen in real life and sometimes they are way out of our control however there are at least 2 of you. Not showing and not communicating this with anyone is not only rude but an actual insult to the value of other people's time, energy, and efforts. After Hours Fee What is an after hours fee and why do we have to pay it? An after hours fee is a fee charged for any event that is past our normal business hours. After hours at BlueMoon starts at 7 PM SLT and goes through to 7 AM SLT. Our after-hours "fee" makes it so we can "convince" (aka bribe) our amazing staff to stay up late past bedtimes and against their better judgment to make your event a success. They may be tired but they are a dedicated, amazing, bunch of people so we give them a little more to make it worth their while, as they drag around tired in real life the next day ☻. A Happy Team Makes Your Dream! * Wedding After Hours Fee L$10,000 Rehearsal Why do I have to have a rehearsal? Can I have more than one? How long are they? Rehearsals are a requirement at BlueMoon. Rehearsals in Second Life are different from Real Life. Real Life rehearsals are ultimately a practice of your wedding ceremony for you and your wedding party. Traditionally, it's held the day (or two) before the wedding day. In Second Life they are similar but the main focus is to teach the wedding participants how and when to use the animation systems. Walking down the aisle may seem simple, but the day of your event is not the time to figure out how to move from one animation system to the next. Hover height - pose positioning - walking order - timing. These things take a few minutes to explain so that panic doesn't set in during your ceremony. It is helpful that anyone who will participate (wedding party/entourage) be present at the rehearsal. Your wedding package comes with (1) 30 minute rehearsal. However if you need more than (1) rehearsal another can be purchased through BlueMoon for L$1,000 per. Please check with BlueMoon to see if your addition date and time is available. Choosing A Team How do you choose a team? Can I pick who is on my wedding team? Your wedding team is carefully chosen from a few factors. The first factor is availability, and which staff members are available in this time frame. The second factor is who is best suited for your wedding style, music tastes, etc. You may choose your wedding team yourself as long as you choose the team (15) days prior to your event. If your event is booked in less then 15 days you must tell us immediately upon booking or we will book your team. Once we have booked your wedding team we will not swap out one team member for another. Custom Venue vs. Customization Well glad you asked, there is a HUGE difference! Customization: With a venue rental or wedding package we allow some customization. BlueMoon classifies customization as your ability to pick the color choices of the tintable objects in the venue (with a few special exceptions on “some” venues). We however will not be able to make any structural changes. After these customizations are done you will have (1) opportunity before your event to look over your venue and make (1) change. Any further changes will be subject to a charge per change*. Customizations that are allowed are seating replacement, Simple removal of Small objects (trees, flowers, animals, etc…), additional seating, addition of small objects (that we have. If it requires a purchase the client is responsible for the monies of the purchase). We do not allow large changes to the venue. Not So Hidden Fees: Customizations after the (1) free change are charged at L$500 per change Custom Rebuilds: A Custom Venue Rebuild is any larger change. Larger changes include but are not limited to terraforming, different objects added into the build, changing placement of pieces, changing large structural pieces, Etcetera …… Custom Venues are subject to a charge. These fees are for the builders time and possibly objects that need to be purchased to complete your build. (If the items you require go over the cost of your build payment you will also be charged accordingly). BlueMoon Custom Venues WeCustom builds take time, energy, and effort. As we all know, we have real lives as well as second lives. Because of real lives, we ask for a 45-day lead time to allow our creative building team the opportunity to create a venue that is as unique as a blue moon. Prices vary and are based upon a lot of factors. Please note requests are approved based on time and availability. Custom builds are reserved for (2) months after your wedding date before being added to the BlueMoon Catalog. Not So Hidden Fees: BlueMoon Custom Venue Pricing: ¼ of a sim starting at L$25,000 (includes venue & land rental for 3 hours for your event) Offsim Builds BlueMoon does not do off sim builds at this time. We will only build on our own land where we can control lag and restarts. However if you are looking for one built on your land we will be happy to refer you to a custom offsim builder. All recommended builders are freelance agents that work independently of BlueMoon. We do not guarantee freelancers work that they do or take any responsibility for the build's outcome. They are not employees of BlueMoon. Freelance builders manage their own payments and rates vary. If you are interested in speaking with a builder, please let us know at the time of booking and we will put you in contact with one. Please tell us if you have trouble with a builder, however any grievances you have with a builder need to be settled with the builder themselves. Copying Venues As flattering as that should be, it's not and we do not allow (by both BlueMoon & TOS) any recreation of our builds. All builds made at BlueMoon are the sole intellectual property of BlueMoon Weddings & Event Planning and copying of them. We have gone to a lot of lengths so make sure our builds are unique and we have something other people don't have. In that being said we ask that you respect the creators by not copying their venues and instead purchasing the use of one of ours and supporting the creative artists of Second Life. Without the creative minds in our world we wouldn't have the amazing things we have today. Thank You for admiring them but thank you even more for not violating our rights. Right To Refuse Service BlueMoon reserves the right to refuse anyone who is mistreating another. We will not do anything that is against Linden Labs Terms of Service. For example, we will not marry child avatars or permit avatars known to be under age onto adult sims. As people, we should always talk to each other with the same kindness with which we would want to be treated. We understand we all have bad days but taking it out on someone else is inexcusable. We reserve the right to refuse service if you or a party member on your behalf mistreats one of our staff. Always remember the golden rule, "Treat others better than you want to be treated". We reserve the right to eject and ban any person in your wedding party/entourage or guest if they are behaving in a way that is unkind in any sort. Refunds will not be given in these instances, so please be kind to one another. Restaurant experiences are generally booked and completed in such a short time that they happen before 14 days. Which makes it silly for us to collect deposits. Restaurant experiences in Second Life are by far different from Real Life. In Real life you go to a restaurant and meal selections are all at different prices that are curated from the price of the ingredients in them. In Second Life there are no ingredients to curate; you are simply paying for the recreation of an experience you could have in Real Life in a virtual platform and not the actual food. Payments are collected ahead of time to ensure and secure payments for the hardworking people who help create this experience for you. Money is not refundable if the deal does not go through. After hours at BlueMoon starts at 7 PM SLT and goes through to 7 AM SLT. Our after-hours "fee" makes it so we can "convince" (aka bribe) our amazing staff to stay up late past bedtimes and against their better judgment to make your event a success. They may be tired but they are a dedicated, amazing, bunch of people so we give them a little more to make it worth their while, as they drag around tired in RL the next day ☻. A Happy Team Makes Your Dream! Not So Hidden Fees: Dinner After Hours Fee L$5,000 Role-Play In a restaurant-themed role-play scenario, participants take on different roles commonly found in a restaurant setting, such as customers, servers,, and evetertainment. Each role has specific responsibilities and objectives, and participants interact with each other to simulate various aspects of a restaurant experience. Customers: Participants assuming the role of customers may have different preferences, dietary restrictions, or special requests. They engage with the servers to place orders, ask questions about the menu, provide feedback on the service and food quality, and build dialogue between themselves. Role-Playing out what they would do in Real Life. Servers: Those playing the role of servers take orders, deliver food and drinks, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle any issues or complaints that arise during the meal. They may also upsell items or promote specials to enhance the dining experience. DJ’s: Curate a list of music to fit the theme of the event and the likes the client communicates while avoiding their communicated dislikes. Playing along with what is happening in the Role-Play during their set. Choosing A Team How do you choose a team? Can I pick who is on my wedding team? Your wedding team is carefully chosen from a few factors. The first factor is availability, and which staff members are available in this time frame. The second factor is who is best suited for your wedding style, music tastes, etc. You may choose your wedding team yourself as long as you choose the team (15) days prior to your event. If your event is booked in less then 15 days you must tell us immediately upon booking or we will book your team. Once we have booked your wedding team we will not swap out one team member for another. Right To Refuse Service BlueMoon reserves the right to refuse anyone who is mistreating another. As people, we should always talk to each other with the same kindness with which we would want to be treated. We understand we all have bad days but taking it out on someone else is inexcusable. We reserve the right to refuse service if you or a party member on your behalf mistreats one of our staff. Always remember the golden rule, "Treat others better than you want to be treated". We reserve the right to eject and ban any person in your wedding party/entourage or guest if they are behaving in a way that is unkind in any sort. Refunds will not be given in these instances, so please be kind to one another. Copying Venues As flattering as that should be, it's not and we do not allow (by both BlueMoon & TOS) any recreation of our builds. All builds made at BlueMoon are the sole intellectual property of BlueMoon Weddings & Event Planning and copying of them. We have gone to a lot of lengths so make sure our builds are unique and we have something other people don't have. In that being said we ask that you respect the creators by not copying their venues and instead purchasing the use of one of ours and supporting the creative artists of Second Life. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the changes*, but we will always provide you with transparent pricing and options. Refunds & Cancellations All L$ monies paid to BlueMoon Weddings & Event Planning are Nonrefundable. BlueMoon does not issue any refunds for any reason possible. The credit can be used towards any of our items, party, wedding, or restaurant packages, but not our individual services or gift cards. Credit will only be issued once. TOP COORDINATORS (wedding & party) Who / What / Where / When / Why What Do They Do: Coordinators are your main contact for your event. You provide them with the narrative for your event's vision. They then will draw up a detailed play by play of the events for your entire event team, and you to follow along with during your event. Coordinators meet with you once or at least talk with you in a group IM setting to garner information and check to obtain a better grasp of your needs. Wedding coordinators perform (1) 30 minute rehearsal. However if you need more than (1) rehearsal another can be purchased through BlueMoon for an additional charge. There are no rehearsals for party coordination. They draft up an event plan based on your thoughts and information and deliver it to you to review. They make corrections to the plan if needed and get your approval. On your event day they will coordinate your whole event team (Officiant, DJ, Photographer, or any other staff working your event). Coordinators sound check DJs, test your walks & animations, check in to make sure you & your event members are online and where they need to be, ensure your entire team knows the plan, and many more things that are too long to list. On the event day your coordinator will stay in close contact with both you and the entire team, directing everyone through your event plan. Wedding & Event coordinators are your main point of contact during your event. Please address any questions, concerns, or issues to them directly right away. How Long Are They At Your Event: Wedding & Party coordinators generally arrive 30 minutes prior to your event to check in with your event team and stay all the way through your last coordinated event during reception or party. Lag is caused by many factors but the greatest causes of lag in Second Life are avatars and the stuff they carry with them and the huge numbers of complex objects with way too many textures. Crashing is sometimes caused by lag, the viewer runs out of memory, internet hiccups, the list goes on anywhere from the personal user to Linden Lab issues. If this becomes a factor you don’t have to worry the show will go on. Since we retain your wedding plan in our files someone will quickly jump in to save the day to get your wedding back on track. TOP OFFICIANTS Who / What / Where / When / Why What Do They Do: Officiants at BlueMoon curate a personalized ceremony that is tailored to the people in it. We do not use a stock template that you can google off the internet. Officiants go over the information that was supplied to them by you and weave it into the fabric of a ceremony lacing it with your beliefs and ideologies. Officaints meet once or at least talk with you in a group IM setting to garner information and obtain a better grasp of your needs. They draft up a ceremony based on your thoughts and information and deliver it to you to review. They make corrections to the ceremony if needed and get your approval. On the wedding day they show up and perform the ceremony in text (unless you have purchased a voice upgrade) and pronounce you married. Officiants are NOT wedding coordinators and do not operate walking animations or direct wedding entourage on logistics. How Long Are They At Your Event: Officiants are contracted to perform a ½ hour ceremony Officiants are not required to stay after the ceremony is over. How long after that they stay is up to them. Writing these into your wedding plan helps keep you focused on the whole experience. We do not provide your partner with a copy of your vows at the ceremony. They are safely tucked in your note card only. Also knowing what your vows are helps your officiant know when to move on in the ceremony and not think your pause is the end. Vows are also collected to provide you with a complete script of your ceremony afterward. Sometimes on the day of your event you are so focused on getting through it that you do not actually hear what is being said. Later on you wish you just had a copy written down somewhere to look back on to remember the special moment. We try to preserve those special moments for you. Who Do They Work For?: All officiants are employees of BlueMoon. All disputes and concerns about your officiant should be directed to your coordinator or BlueMoon Mixmaster. DJ’s will perform your musical selections, and if needed will curate a list based off of your likes and dislikes. Ceremony DJ’s will play instrumentals for seating, play your walk in music, and walk out music. Reception DJ’s Will announce you, play your first dance, music to go along with your events, dedications, and the music you have chosen as part of your playlist. All while avoiding the genres you have selected that you dislike. How Long Are They At Your Event: DJ’s are contracted for the amount of time in your package + any extra time you have purchased. DJ’s time starts at the time they were contracted for which is the time your event is due to start. So if your wedding starts at 7pm and you start at 7:10pm your DJ will be paid starting from 7pm regardless. Unless you have asked for specific seating music. If you have asked for specific seating music then we start the DJ’s time when they start playing your requested songs. DJ time can be added during your event if you make payment arrangements with your coordinator and your DJ is able to stay longer. Suggestions to maximize the amount of time you have with your DJ are: Take group photos on another day, minimize the time between your ceremony & reception, and do not go AFK, talk to your wedding party/entourage prior to the wedding and let them know what the plan for your event. DJ’s play continuously and will not take a break and pause in between ceremony & reception. Not So Hidden Fees: DJ time can be added at L$1,200 an hour Who Do They Work For?: All DJ’s are freelance agents that work with BlueMoon not for us. They are not employees of BlueMoon. Although we collect payment and information for the DJ’s and hold it till the job is completed to ensure you get your time, we are not in charge of money disputes. The money is passed on to your DJ right after your event. So any questions about their work quality, policies, timeline, etc. should be directed towards them. Please tell us if you have trouble with a DJ, however any grievances you have with a DJ need to be settled with the DJ themselves. Crashing is sometimes caused by lag, the viewer runs out of memory, internet hiccups, the list goes on anywhere from the personal user to Linden Lab issues. If this becomes a factor our DJ’s most likely won't lose stream for long or at all (since streams are run from outside the application). If for some reason an act of nature takes out our DJ’s internet we will do our best to get another DJ up and running to get your wedding/event back on track. TOP PHOTOGRAPHERS Who / What / Where / When / Why What Do They Do: Photographers at BlueMoon take both live images and posed shots for both wedding and party type events. After the event they lightly edit them using image creation, graphic design and photo editing software. Although these photos are edited they are what we call “Lightly Edited”. “Lightly Edited” simply means the photos you receive will look exactly like you did on that day. They do not draw on smiles, make your avatar look better than it looks, and they do not put human faces on your pictures to make them look more realistic. We believe in preserving the day as it actually is to remember for years and years to come. The work they do is in fixing small issues with clothing clipping and some filtering. If you want your avatar to look a certain way please change the appearance of your avatar to reflect how you want to look in your pictures. How Long Are They At Your Event: Photographers are contracted for 1.5 hours time, this includes your wedding, reception, and photos taken on another day. If you need more time to take photos then you will be required to purchase as much time as you need to complete the photos. Your Photographers work so hard to capture your special memories for you, so we try not to waste the little time you have taking staged photos so we ask that most staged photos are taken on another day. For group photos taken the day of your event, please make sure those people you wish to be in the photo are present and aware at the designated time set by your event coordinator and photographer. If everyone pays attention to directions the photoshoot takes only a few moments. Any photos requiring over the wedding party maximum will need to be staged on a different day and will be subject to a surcharge*. If we do staged group photos on a scheduled day after the event where all parties can meet and do them (if you are having any of those done). When that happens we will do our best to have it in your venue if BlueMoon’s Schedule allows (if it's one of our venues). If not your photographer will find backdrops that match the theme as best they can. If you would like a specific backdrop that the photographer does not have you will have to provide it for the photographer. All pictures that are not on the day of the wedding must be taken within (7) days after the wedding, unless previously agreed upon prior to the ceremony date. Not So Hidden Fees: Added People Per Photograph over the wedding party maximum is L$300 per person. Added Photographer time is charged per hour (not in fractions of time) at L$1,000 per hour. Although we collect payment and information for the photographers and hold it till the work is turned in to ensure you get your finished product we are not in charge of retakes or money disputes. The money is passed on to your photographer minus our booking fee the minute we get a turned in product. So any questions about their work quality, policies, timeline, etc. should be directed towards them. Please tell us if you have trouble with a photographer, however any grievances you have with a photographer need to be settled with the photographer themselves. Lag is caused by many factors but the greatest causes of lag in Second Life are avatars and the stuff they carry with them and the huge numbers of complex objects with way too many textures. Please keep in mind what day you choose your event on. Avoiding the days that Linden Labs does rolling restarts and is implementing new rollouts is always a smart idea. If a factor such as lag or something similar becomes an issue the photographer will work with the client on another day and time agreed upon by both parties. Videos are “Lightly Edited” simply meaning the videos you receive will look exactly like you did on that day. If you want your avatar to look a certain way please change the appearance of your avatar to reflect how you want to look in your video. Our servers will roll-play out a dining experience, but it takes more than our servers to make this work. To maximize your experience you “the diner” are encouraged to play along and have fun with it by creating the atmosphere you would like. Your server will enhance the experience by spinning a narrative of your choosing. How Long Are They At Your Event: Servers are at your event until their role as your server has ended. This is approximately 30-45 minutes for sit down dinner experiences. Not So Hidden Fees: While not expected or required, tipping your server is encouraged. Servers will keep 100% of the tips you give them. Any additional services will need to be booked with your dinner. Any additional items that require personalization will need to be purchased 24 hours before your reservation, or it will be delivered after your dinner has taken place. Any start time later then 5 minutes after will result in a cancellation of your event with no refund.* What Is Role-Play: In Second Life, a player acting as a server at a dinner would typically be responsible for enhancing the role-playing experience by simulating the duties and interactions of a real-life restaurant server. This role primarily focuses on interaction and service, contributing to a realistic and enjoyable role-playing environment within Second Life. The server's effectiveness in creating a pleasant dining experience can greatly enhance the social and immersive aspects of all participants. TOP GENERAL POLICIES FOR SERVICES Late Starts All services after 10 minutes late will require payment of a late fee to continue Photographers will stay the 1.5 hours they were contracted for from the original start time DJ’s will stay the 1.5 hours they were contracted for from the original start time If an event starts later then 30 minutes past its start time the event will be canceled. (event can be rescheduled and fees will be applied before a rebooking can happen) Date Changes At BlueMoon Weddings & Event Planning, we understand that changes to your event can occur. If you need to change your event date or modify your invitations after they have been created, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to make the necessary changes and ensure that your invitations reflect your updated event details. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the changes*, but we will always provide you with transparent pricing and options. Our goal is to make your event planning process as seamless as possible, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions. Refunds & Cancellations All L$ monies paid to BlueMoon Weddings & Event Planning are Nonrefundable. BlueMoon does not issue any refunds for any reason possible. In most cases a credit will be issued to our CasperVend system to the person who paid the L$ monies. The credit can be used towards any of our items, party, wedding, or restaurant packages, but not our individual services or gift cards. Credit will only be issued once. If subsequent services are canceled your credit will expire. Credit expires in most cases 90 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. All L$ paid will be subject to applicable deductions* *Possible Deductions From Credited Amount: All canceled events within (14) days are subject to the following deductions.     BlueMoon reserves the right to refuse anyone who is mistreating another. As people, we should always talk to each other with the same kindness with which we would want to be treated. We understand we all have bad days but taking it out on someone else is inexcusable. We reserve the right to refuse service if you or a party member on your behalf mistreats one of our staff. Always remember the golden rule, "Treat others better than you want to be treated". We reserve the right to ask you to eject and ban any person in your event party/entourage or guest if they are behaving in a way that is unkind in any sort. Refunds will not be given in these instances, so please be kind to one another.
