Job Description:
The Officiant works closely with the betrothed to create, modify and perform their ceremony.
Reports To:
Under the direction of an Event Coordinator
Job Requirements:
Message the client within 24 hours of taking the assignment to introduce themselves and go over the details.
Exude natural joy for the craft.
Be organized, responsive, and have good communication skills.
Communicate regularly using Discord, and particiapte in voice-chat during events.
Voice Officiants need to have the ability to participate in-world via voice and provide the text in local chat.
Excellent written skills. Officiants will craft personalized ceremonies for every event they perform.
Compensation:
Text Ceremony: L$1,000.
Voice Ceremony: L$1,000.
While we do not solicit for tips, should a client offer a tip, you are welcome to accept it and keep 100%.
Compensation is distributed at the conclusion of events.
More Information:
Any event booked to start after hours will have a bonus added to your pay. After Hours is an event scheduled at a start time after 7 PM SLT through 6:59 AM SLT.
Perks:
Employees in good standing for at least one (1) year with management approval:
Book one discounted event per year at BlueMoon.
The employee discount is 10% after the first year of continuous good standing, increasing by 10% each additional year to a maximum of 50% at five (5) years.
Discount applies to Wedding and Party Packages only; dinners and individual services are excluded.
Wedding Packages are available only for the employee’s own event.
Party Packages may be used for a friend or family member if the employee is also in attendance.
Events may not be scheduled on holidays or on the day of an existing BlueMoon engagement.
Good standing means consistently working events and maintaining active engagement.
Events may only be booked with management approval.
